Happy Sunday! Today I am excited to talk about 5 books and a schedule to read them by that would have changed my Body, Mind, and Life within 5 months instead of 10 years. I own these books and use them as references and reminders regularly.

I put this reading/training schedule together for optimal efficiency. There is date overlapping in the following lists, so please watch it carefully.

  1. The Primal Blueprint 21 Day Total Body Transformation by Mark Sisson
    • Time: 4 weeks
    • Description: This book as 4 parts. Introduction, Key Concepts, Action Items, and the 21 Day Challenge. Like the title states, it can be anywhere from an optimizing to transformational experience depending on where you are with food, body/fitness, and lifestyle.
