Last week I had the incredible privilege of attending PaleoFX 2019 and meeting Mark Sisson, Elle Russ, Laura Rupsis, and Erin Power. These folks are all social media and healthy living stars in my book. Among their myriad of accolades, I want to take just a moment and explain why I appreciated each one of these people.
Mark Sisson is the man who created the Primal Blueprint and the Primal Health Coach Institute through which I am a certified trainer. He is the blogger at www.MarksDailyApple.com and has changed my life and the lives of millions of others with his research and findings. I have no words to describe how amazing this has allowed my life to become.
Elle Russ is a podcast diva, fellow health coach, and author of The Paleo Thyroid Solution. She is one of the most authentic human beings I have ever met. I resonate with the majority of her statements and opinions at a core level.
Laura Rupsis is a fellow health coach, podcaster, and the intake advisor for the Primal Health Coach Institute. It was her representation of the Primal Health Coach program’s value that got me to purchase the course. For that I will be forever grateful.
Erin Power is a fellow health coach, podcaster, and health coach trainer. I’ve been admiring her work and attitude for years.
Now, the meetings. Elle Russ was first. She recognized me from Instagram and a friendly hug was immediately dolled out. I was amazed at how real and authentic she was in person. Then, there was Mark Sisson. Again, very real, kind, and humble. I was so overwhelmed at meeting him, I had to cut the conversation short because I felt like I would break down and cry in gratitude. Not before I thanked him several times for making my life awesome and for helping so many others achieve a higher quality of life.
After that, came Laura Rupsis and Erin Power. Who are two of the nicest and most sincere people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
My takeaway’s from all of this are that I will continue to be grateful because it makes me happy and appreciative. I will follow my dreams because as they come to pass I am finding out they are even better than what I thought they would be.
I also found out that the most successful people that I know have something that I covet and am continually improving at. They have presence in each moment. There was no doubt in my mind during any of my conversations that they were there with me, listening, and reacting. This was reinforced the next day when I got to get a photo with Mark Sisson and Elle Russ together. Mark had remembered my name before even seeing my name badge. Yes, life is GOOD! 🙂
Are you making your dreams come true? I certainly hope so! If not, you might want to consider putting that at the top of your todo list. Thank you for reading.
